Nowadays, kuakuaqun or praise groups have become more and more popular on the Internet,Their aim is to comfort young people. These groups provide words of support for those who are unhappy.
Spending just a little money, you can enter such a group.Share your problems or success, and you will receive positive messages soon. These messages, mostly from strangers, will help you feel better.A leader of one of the groups talks about his first purpose,"I want to help people learn to praise others and accept others, praise."
I like the idea of kuakuaqun. However,I think getting praise from strangers online isn't very useful in the long run. This is especially true when you are paying for the praise. These people don't know you,so the praise may not be earnest.Real and meaningful praise comes from the people you know.
With this in mind,we should try to praise our friends and family members when they need some encouragement.Simply saying to a classmate, 'I like you',can lift his or her confidence.Being kind to others is easy. And it adds the necessary sweetness to make everyone's life better.

Not getting enough sleep is bad for health.Depending on the research from the scientists, people who don't get enough sleep are less willing to socialize (社交) with others. They are simply too tired to go out.
The researchers did a small study. They tested 18 young people who had good sleep after a sleepless night. The participantswatched videos of people with neural (中性的) expressions walking towards them. When the person on the video got too "close" to them, they pushed a button to stop the video.

After ten minutes' driving,we stopped the car and got out.Walking along a path,we turned at a comer.Gradually, the peace and silence of the place began to fill my mind. From the top of the mountain,I saw several fields full of flowers, shining like a carpet (地毯)before us.It looked as if the sun spilled (播洒)gold down the mountain.

How Does the Elephant Clock Work?
A bowl with a small hole floats(浮)in a water tank(水箱)inside the elephant's body.As the bowl slowly sinks(下沉),it pulls a rope that moves a human figure. His moving pen shows the number of minutes past he hour.
Every half hour, the water bowl becomes full and sinks completely. Thiscauses a ball to fall from the top of the clock. The movement of the ball causes a phoenix to move and make a sound.
The ball then drops out of a falcon's mouth into the mouth of a Chinese dragon. The weight of the ball causes the dragon's head to move down and the dragon's tail pulls the water bowl back up.
Finally, the ball drops out of the dragon's mouth and into a vase.As the ball lands in the vase, the elephant driver moves and makes a sound. The cycle begins again until there are no more ball in the top of the clock.
