Computers can injure(伤害)you. Most other injuries happen suddenly．For example，if you fall off a bike and break your arms, it happens very quickly. But computer injuries happen slowly．You probably know how to ride a bike safely. Now learn some ways of keeping you away from computer injuries．
Your eyes
Too much light can injure your eyes, so never sit too close to a computer screen. Your eyes should be more than 50 centimeters from the screen. Don’t forget to look away from it sometimes. This gives your eyes a rest．

How many hours do you spend sitting in a chair every day? Eight hours in the office and three hours in front of the TV after work is the normal condition for many people.

Ethiopian children are crazy about football but few of them have footballs of their own. They have to play with a paper football.
Like all children, they find time to play but they also have to do a lot of work. Some children have to help their parents look after younger brothers or sisters from the age of five. Many young boys have to look after animals and the girls have to help their mothers carry water.

We are told breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and dinner the most enjoyable. But what about lunch? In today’s fast-paced society, not many people take time to enjoy this midday meal. As a young man, Al was a skilled artist, with a wife and two fine sons. One night, his older son developed a serious stomachache. Neither Al nor his wife took it very seriously. But the boy died suddenly that night.
