Recently, as the development of the Internet, there is a kind of language calling Web language. Some people even speak Chinese mixed with English letters. The other day our class had a discussion about if we should welcome the Web language.
Forty percent of the students think it ridiculous. They argue that it does no good helping people communicate, nor is it useful for learning English. Besides, it’ll make Chinese more standard and pure, finally ruining our mother tongue. However, 60% of our class is fond of it. They think it is simple，convenience and helpful in expressing them. What’s more, it may make the language more interesting.

It was on Sunday so I didn’t have to go to school as usually. My parents went to the countryside to see my grandparents, left me alone. After finishing my homework, I began to play football at home. Everyone has a dream. We are on the way to achieve it whether the way is smooth or toughly. As Senior 3 student, I have the same dream as my classmates that I can be admitted to an ideal university. In the past three years, I have done everything I can to equip myself with that I have learnt from my teachers. Not only have I enjoyed the pleasure of study but also I have got closer to my dream. On a snowy winter night, a bus with 45 passenger had an accident because the wet road. And all of them were trapping in the bus and what is worse, the bus ran out of gas and it was very cold in it. I can’t swim so I have a strong fear of water. Look back at my childhood, I think that three reasons might explain fear. Firstly, I am not allowed to go near the water when I was a child, as my mother had an unreasonable fear of it. Therefore, I was taught to see to the water as something danger. This summer I visited Yandangshan. When arriving by bus, I caught a sight of many mountains by looking through the mist, one of what was just like a sleeping baby from an angle. Later it looked like a strong man seeing from another.

In the summer vacation, I paid a visit a mountain village in a suburb of Xi’an. No sooner had I got off the bus when I was greatly surprising to see all the changes. How time flies! I can never forget how I became a good table tennis player. The first day I went to high school, I saw some of my classmates played table tennis. Amazed at how skillful they were, I was determined to play just as good. Later on, I often watch them carefully to learn their techniques.
Then I  kept practicing  hardly until I became too confident enough to challenge the good players. At the end of term, I became one of the best players in my class. I am really proud for this experience. It helps me realize that I can fulfill our potential but achieve our goals through hard work.

“Chinese Dream” has become hot topic among Chinese people. According to a recent survey conducting by CCTV, different groups of people have different dreams.
