One night, I was on my home for my Christmas holiday when my car broke down. It was complete dead, and I was a few miles away from my home in that cold, wet night. I decided to walk around a little after accepting that I’d have to spend the night in the car. Maybe I can find a telephone. Actually, I didn’t have to walk far before I found the small house standing in a field with a light shone from the sitting room. Not only does our parents give us life, but they give us endlessly love and support, and always share with our happiness and sorrow. I’m very grateful to my parent who give me so much love and spare no effort to support myself. My soccer coach retired in last week．I wanted to do anything special for him at his retirement party．My mum makes the better biscuits in the world，so I decide to ask her for help．Mum taught me some basic step of baking．I insisted on doing most of the baking myself. I thought the biscuits were really well．My only mistake was that I dropped some on the floor after I was packing them up．

Today my classmate and I went to a farm for a trip. I get up at six o’ clock and we set off by bus. On the bus, some of us sang, and some of us talked. We all had good time.
