This morning, after I finished my homeworks, I decided to go to the cinema to see a film. I was about to arrive while I found a foreigner standing on the side of the road, looking nervously. Then I came up to him to see what was the matter about him. However, none of us could understand each other. At the last, we managed to make ourselves understand with the help of body language. The foreigner wanted go to People’s park. I stopped a taxi and told the driver to drive me there. Then I ran to the cinema as fast as I could and have a good time.

I came across with an old man in rags the other day, he was begging for a living. To be frank, I didn’t know how I ought to give him some money. On the one hand, I am not born in a rich family. My father is an engineer work in a big company. He is such busy that he sometimes has to stay up late. Apart from this, he hardly has any times to take exercise. We all know that healthy is very important to us. Both
study and work depend by strong bodies. Doing sports
and games help us keep strong and healthy. If we do not

Dear Editor,
I’m a senior high school student, named Li Hua. Now many students
have iPods and think it’s a fashion to use it. Using an iPod , we can listen
to music, downloading a lot of learning materials and read them on the
screen. Apparently, it is helpful to our study, specially to our English listening.
Some students, however, take their iPods to the classroom and listen to
music with earphones, which make the teacher and other students greatly
annoyed. What’s worse, some of them even waste the precious time in class
playing video games.
In my opinion, as students, we shall make good use of iPod to
help achieve academic successes. Classroom is a place for students to
study, and therefore concentration awfully needed for us to learn  
our lessons. Furthermore, the school should make a rule to guide the
students to use iPods in a proper way.

In recently years many young people prefer to go shopping on the Internet. People have different opinion about online shopping. Some think online shopping was more convenient and the goods are cheap. However, other believe it is unsafe to buy goods by credit card. And it is possible to check the quality of the goods.
As far as I am concern, going shopping in a store is a better way. It is a fun to walk around stores and looking at various goods on sale. We can choose what we really need and even find a good bargain. However, we can chat with the shop assistant and acquire a lot of useful information.

Yesterday I bought new coat in a shop. When I came back home, I found
it so big for me . This morning , I went to the shop  and change the coat

Last weekend we went mountain-climbing．Even the heavy rain in the morning could
not prevent us go．Setting off very early, we went along an extreme narrow road, all in
high spirits．On every side of the road were green fields and some farm house．We could

I think that travelling is a good way to learning about the world. And I like very much. There are many kinds of transport to choose of when travelling. We may neither take a plane, a train, a bus, a car, a bike, a ship or even take a trip on feet. As for me, I prefer to ride a bike. There are a good many advantages of travelling by a bike. I suppose it is not only cheaply, but also help us take exercise. Compare with other forms of transport, riding a bike causes little pollution, and is better for the environment.
