An eight-year-old child heard her parents talking about her little brother. All she knew was that he was very sick and they had no money left. I used to be ashamed of my grandma. I know that's a 36 thing to say, but it was true until today, so I have to 37 it.

A little boy invited his mother to attend his school’s first teacher-parent meeting. To the little boy’s __1__, she said she would go.
