My family and I used to live in Belgium, and, to me, life was great. Most of my relatives and friends lived there, so there was never a of aunts to spoil me or children to play with me.
My father is a journalist, there wasn't much work for him in Belgium at that time. When I was eight, he he'd found a good job in London and that we were going to move there. I was - I didn't realize I was leaving my friends behind and throwing myself into a different world. The excitement soon after we moved there.

Some years ago when I was in my first year in college, I heard Salome Bey sing for the first time. The moment was exciting. Salome’s 21 filled the room and brought the theater to life. I was so 22 that I decided to write an article about her.
