All of us know the old saying “Practice make perfect.” It tells us unless we want to realize our aim, we should practise, and a day we will make it. It’ s easy to understand. Once I wanted to learn swimming .At first I found difficult to control my body. I just sank into the water. I feel very frightened. Then I watched others which were good at it and asked them the key to succeed. I went to the swimming pool every day, learned from them and practised. One day, when my friend pushed me into the swimming pool, I sudden found that I could swim. How exciting I was! Now I can swim much more better than before.

How much will you pay for me every month?” The manager thought for a while and said, “I will pay you 77 dollars for first three months. Then I will pay you 30 dollars every month.” Rose smiled and answer, “Great! I will come and work here three months late.” The manager was speechless.

My brother Tom was very selfish when he was a little boy. He did not want share things with other people. For example，when he bought a chocolate cake, he put them in a secret place where I couldn’t find. Then he ate it all by himself. He never helped other. He said he is busy. That is, a game of tennis making him very busy. He did not care if something he did made people angrily. For instance, on one night he played strong and loudly music till four o’clock in the morning. But he is difference now. He often helps grandma with housework, helps mum with cooking and helps his classmates with their lessons.
