I am deep impressed by the great changes that have taken the place in the school over the past three years. On May 12, 2008, a sever earthquake destroyed almost nothing in the school, left badly-damaged buildings. It is now, however, taking a new look. Tall buildings have been put up, included laboratory buildings and a library. There was also a newly-built standard playground. In the new environment, teachers and students are living happily or working hard. It is really amazing if the once-ruined place has now turned into a beautiful school, full of life. An Australian farmer found the kangaroo caught in the fence around his
farms. He thought the poor animal was injured, but the kind farmer took off his

As is known to all that our students of today have to fix our attention on our lessons, so we know few of society. A holiday is the best time and the best chance to make up for that. Take a part-time job is a good form of social practice. That we have learned in books and in class can’t have same important effect on us as what we have learned through personal practice. In social practice, we can surely make a progress in both knowledge or practical ability. Beside, when we take a part-time job, we may got paid more or less to help our family. Thus, I will say a senior school student should take a part-time job in their holidays, if possible.
