My parents and I went to the park on last Sunday. There were lots of visitors stood in front of the ticket window. We waited a long time and buy three tickets. Though great progress has been made in science these years, but there are still many people live
in poor conditions．They make their living by collecting and selling used thing．Their children
cannot go to school because they have not enough money to send their children to there．Why
you think so many people still suffer from poverty now? The answer lies on the population

Last Sunday I went to Beijing National Stadium. At gate I happened to meet some young America tourists. I greeted to them in English and then we began to chat. If you understood another culture， it can help you with your language learning. This is because your background knowledge will make easier for you to understand the content of a reading passage. For example, if you have some knowledges about History and geography of Australia, it will make it easier for you to understand passages relating to Australia. In the same way, if you have watched the film The Mutiny on the Bounty you will know the background about the journey of Captain Bligh across the Pacific Ocean. During the summer holidays this year, I thought I should do anything meaningful instead of staying at home, so I have got a job at a KFC fast food restaurant, worked there as a cleaner．I worked seven hours a day for three weeks．
The job was hard and bored and seemed endless, which made me so tired that I nearly gave it in half way, but I stuck to it with determinations．Every day I started off for work early in the morning and got home lately in the evening．Finally I finished the job before the new term begins．
Now, I understand that labor means．I think it is really successful experience．

Many years before , I stepped into a bookstore for some
books I wanted them ．While I was there I saw a young
