I was really shy in the past. Talking to strangers was my worst fear. But now I am outgoing. Now let me share with you some ways of getting rid of shyness completely. On a hot summer day, a little boy decided to go for a swim in the lake behind his house.
In a hurry to swim in the cool water, he ran out of the back door, leaving behind his shoes, socks, and shirt as he went. He flew into the water, not noticing (注意到)
