It was almost five years since I began to learn English. I’m glad to say I’m getting along well with it. However, first I came across a lot of difficulties. I couldn’t pronounce English sounds good, nor could I remember the words I had learned. In class, I couldn’t understand that the teacher had said. I almost lost my heart when the teacher said to me, “Keeping on and you will do well.” I was greatly encouraging. I started working hard at English. What should you do when your parents become angrily? If your parents got mad, try to have a conversation with them about it. Remembering not to shout at them. They usually will try to change. But they will take some times to change because they always get angry, and that is all they know. You might have to change for your method a couple of times. Do any nice things for your parents that they don't expect — like cooking, doing the dishes, washing clothes, or clean the floors. If this doesn't work, call friend that you get on well, and let him or her help you.

Not only does our parents give us life, but they give us endlessly love and support, and always share our happiness and sorrow. I’m very grateful to my parent who give me so much love and spare no effort to support myself. I still remember once I was seriously ill, and they were so worried and almost keep me company the whole night. Now I’m in Senior 3. Lucky enough, my parents can understand my stressful condition but often encourage me. Therefore, they give me enough personal space, which I appreciate(感激) so much. Nobody can succeed without making mistakes. I can well remember that last year an English speech contest held in our school. Because my English was the best in our class, so all my classmates encouraged me to take part in the contest. I was so shy a girl that I even dared not answer questions in class. I was afraid of making mistakes in front of so many judge. At last, my classmate Wang Ying, her English was not very good, take part in the contest and won the third prize. Heard the news, I regretted not taking part in it.. As the result, I missed a good chance to show myself.
Now, I have realized the fact which making mistakes is an unavoidable thing in our way to success. Only by making mistakes and correcting them can we make progress step by step and final achieve our goals.
