May I have your attention, please? I’m going to talk with something about students’ watching TV. As we knew, TV plays important part in our daily life. It’s quick and more convenient to get information from TV than from newspapers. Providing us with lively and interesting moving pictures, TV enables us not only to see that is happening in the world but to learn many things, included foreign languages. So it was not reasonable to forbid students to watch TV. But watching TV too long is not good. Sitting in front of TV all day does harm for our eyes and wastes our times.

I always think my mother is also your good friend. When I lose my first tooth, when I found a friend, and when I fell off from my bike, she was there. How are you? All of us know the old saying “Practice make perfect”. It tells us unless we want to realize our aim, we should practise and one day we will make it. It’s easy to understand. Once I wanted to learn swimming. At first I found difficult to control my body. I just sink into the water. I felt very frightening. Everyone has a dream. We are on the way to achieve it whether the way is smooth or tough. As Senior 3 student, I have the same dream as my classmates that I can be admitted to an ideal university. In the past three year, I have done everything I can to equip myself with that I have learnt from my teachers. Not only had I enjoyed the pleasure of study but also I have got closer to my dream. I was taking a train to London's Victoria Station. I had noticed that the carriage was noise and filled with people.
Before long, a train inspector comes to check our tickets. A passenger realized he couldn't find his ticket but became quite upset. Then everyone in the carriage began searching the ticket，which was eventually found under a seat several rows from his owner. The person who found a ticket smiled with pleasure at his success.

This is the first time that I had been away from home, so I find it hard to live here. How I wish I can turn to Lucy, who once gave me much help! I had trouble with my study in Grade 9. So frustrating was I that I began to play computer games after school, when I should have paid more attention to catching up with others. In the past, my hometown was very small. People there lived poor life and the houses.were very old and shabby, even some of which were shaking in the wind. As for the traffic，it was very inconvenient that almost no tourists came.

Thank you for your last letter telling me your recently news. I'd like to tell you something about our school sports meeting. It was holding on October,20th, which was a fine day.
There were over 1,600 students and teachers attend it. Wang Lin, a student from my class won the 100-meter race. He finishes the race in 11.2 seconds and broke down the school record. They were all very excited. The sports meeting was great success. That was why we were all making every effort to our class honor.
