This work can support the poor and help charities who cannot pay for staff members． Many organizations only require you to work an hour a week﹣some even less． And the support provided by online volunteers can really help make a difference to those in need．

When astronauts （宇航员）are in space, they eat, sleep, wash, work and play. They do the same things as us, but they do them differently. On Earth, we put food on a plate and water in a glass. Gravity (重力) holds the food down and keeps the water in the glass. But in space, there is almost no gravity. So food can float away, and astronauts must eat and drink carefully.
Sleeping is very different in space. Some astronauts like to float in the air, but most astronauts like to be in a sleeping bag. They tie the bag to a wall so that they can’t float away.
Washing is difficult. There is no shower or bath, so astronauts must use a wet sponge（海绵）. They brush their teeth normally, but very carefully. They don’t want wet toothpaste to float around the spacecraft（太空舱）! Toilets are easy to use. A space toilet is like a vacuum (真空) cleaner with a seat.
