Everyone feels tired at one time or another. The office worker feels tired after a hard day at work. The sportsman feels tired after hours of physical training.

Another way to get over fatigue is by doing some activities that you enjoy. For example, after a hard day’s work, the office worker may want to go for a relaxing walk. After a long tiring day at school, the student prefers jogging to resting at home.
