I am a 14-year-old boy and I’m quite strong and h . But I was a bit h one year ago because I often ate chips and chocolate and I got t easily. One Sunday morning I saw some young men r in the park. They looked really fit and active, so I also wanted to s running.
Now I have a 1.5-mile run every morning on the playground in our school and running has become my f sport. And I drink milk and eat fresh f and vegetables instead of chips and chocolate. Healthy eating habits and running in the morning help to b me up. Now I have great fun running and I f good and look fit and strong. I’m sure I will do well in the boys’ 800-meter r in our school sports meeting.
