2015 Spring Festival is coming now. I plan buy something for my parents. What I want to give them back is a VIP card for a health club but they need enough exercise. My father works hardly as a teacher, spent most of his time at school. My mother loves reading and often buried herself in her books. Therefore, all of them should exercise more from now on.
I want to give them this card to express my thank and love. I hope that they will be able to get relaxing in the health club and make more friends there. At the same time, I hope that they can take care with their health.

We usually prefer to do things the way we considered to be the best. However, it is important to listen to those who love us and want to give us an advice when we have serious problems in our lives. Parents have gained some life experiences and they know what to act in different situations. That’s why we should ask them for help first when they have problems. Therefore, there are moments when we avoid them and don’t want to follow them. With time passed, my brother as well as I have realized that our parents are right. Please turn for your parents when in trouble, for they worth trusting and ready to offer help all the time.

Many times when I was at a bad mood I shouted at the people around me. I scream, shouted and ran as fast as I could relieve my pressure. So it was useless,since I still had to return to the problem. This term I begin to change. I have realized however greater the difficulty is, I have to face with it. It’s no use screaming and shouting at others. Beside, there are teachers and friends around me who are ready to helping me. As long as I try my best, I can make a progress in any aspect. Now I feel every day is a pleasant day and the sun is always shining bright on my face.

Rose wanted a job. She went to many offices and she didn’t like any of them. One day she saw a board in an office read: “This office needs a typist whom can type 200 words a minute.” Rose was exciting. She then went to the manager’s office. Rose knocked at the door and the manager raised her head. “Do you need a typist?” asked Rose. “Yes!” he said. Rose clapped(拍) her hand and asked, “OK! Last Sunday I went to Beijing National Stadium. At gate I happened to meet some young America tourists. I greeted to them in English and then we began to chat. From the chat I learned that they were college students traveling in Beijing but most of them were fond of Chinese culture. They were busy taking pictures and they seem to be much impressed by the changes which had been taken place in the past few years. After come out of the Stadium, we went to the Water Cube and had a good time there. We exchanged our email address so that we could keep touch with each other later. They thanked us again and again. I was very glad to have the chance to practise my oral English.
