If you want to reduce the stress in your work environment, one of the best things you can do is to show respect to your coworkers. Showing respect will earn you respect. _____ Respect is the first building block for the success of any relationship.
Use your manners. Greet your coworkers as you enter and exit work for the day. Always use “please”, “Thank you” and “pardon me”.
