Do you have any special methods(方法) you use to help you do better on a test? How well you do is often a matter of how well prepared you are. Here are some ways to make sure you’re at your best on test days.
Go to bed early. The night before a test is not the time to stay up watching TV. You want to be rested and wide-awake for test day.

In London, there has always been a main problem. In order to solve this problem, the government has decided to have a bike revolution(革命). It has decided to provide 6,000 bikes for the people to rent. The government encourages local people to ride bikes in order to solve the traffic problem.

More than 30,000 drivers and front seat passengers are killed or seriously injured each year. At the speed of only 30 miles per hour, it is the same as falling from a third-floor window. Wearing a seat belt（安全带） saves lives; it reduces your chance of death or serious injury by more than half in traffic accidents.
So drivers or front seat passengers over 14 years old in most vehicles(车辆) must wear a seat belt. If you do not, you could be fined(罚金) up to ￡50.
