A flock of wild ducks were flying in formation, heading south for the winter. They formed a beautiful V in the sky, and were admired by everyone who saw them from below.

In the doorway of my home, I looked closely at my 23-year-old son, Daniel. In a few hours he would be flying to France to a different life. It was a transitional(过渡的)time in Daniel’s life. I wanted to

Every morning, before dropping her son off at school, my friend would stop on the way to work to grab a quick breakfast. They tended to frequent the restaurant every morning grabbing an egg sandwich, juice, and coffee for herself, milk for her son.
