Recently, the phenomenon of teen obesity has made a lot of parents concerning. Why are teens getting fatter and fatter?
In my opinion, there are two reasons of the problem.Firstly, because the popularity of TV and computers and students having such much homework to do, they are getting little exercise than before. Secondly, because people’s quality of life has been gotten better and better, families can afford to buy many foods, that might make the kids overweight.
In order to lose weight and stay healthy, teens should avoid spend too much time in front of the TV or the computer and do more exercise. As the saying go, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” They should also eat a more balanced diet such as fruits, vegetables, less fast food and junk food. Last but not the least, they should make a proper time schedule so that they can balance their exercise and studies.

This morning I went to the shoes shop to buy a pair of new shoes. When I got there, I noticed a foreign lady talk to a salesgirl. But the salesgirl didn't understand that the foreigner was saying. I like eating fruit and vegetables what are of great benefit to our healthy. Not only do they prevent us from falling into ill, but they help us lose weight. This morning I got up early and went to school as usually, only find there was nobody in the classroom because it was Sunday. “How a bad memory I have!” I couldn’t help laughing. Stand in front of the school gate, I began to wonder what to do next.
