Last February, I was on holiday in Beijing with my family. Everything including trees, roofs and grass were covered with thick snow. In distance I saw lots of cars, like small white box, moving slowly on the road. I also saw some lovely birds flying happily in the snow. How a beautiful sight! I became exciting because I had never seen snow before. In no time, I ran out with my camera and take many photos to record my first experience of snow.

On hearing us, they run to the spot as fast as they could. Thanks to their help, we were all sent to a nearby hospital and received medical treatment on time. Although we do not know about their name, we feel they are like our dear big brothers and sisters.

Not only does our parents give us life, but they give us endlessly love and support, and always share our happiness and sorrow. I’m very grateful to my parent who give me so much love and spare no effort to support myself. I still remember once I was seriously ill, and they were so worried and almost keep me company the whole night. Now I’m in Senior 3. Lucky enough, my parents can understand my stressful condition but often encourage me. Therefore, they give me enough personal space, which I appreciate(感激) so much. Today, my foreign teacher Tim and I went to the People’s park together. We take a taxi and it wasn’t long before we arrived at the park. On seeing the green trees and beautiful flower, Tim couldn’t wait for to take pictures. It was at that moment when we found his camera was missing. He was very worried but searched all over his backpack. Sadly, he just couldn’t find it. Suddenly it struck me that he might have left it in the taxi. So I immediately got touch with the taxi company. About half an hour later, the driver returned a camera. Both of us were gratefully to the driver, and Tim, in particular, insisted on have a photo taken with him. Tim and I enjoyed themselves during the rest of the day.

Nowadays, some students would not like to live in a dormitory. Instead of, they rent houses outside the school. There are advantages for them both. Live in a dormitory can increase friendship and cooperation among classmates, and of course it is safer．However, a dormitory is more like a society, where enables students to learn to get along well with each other，thus preparing the social life later. As for renting houses to live alone, it’s better for your study as you can feel freely in your own room with being interrupted by others. Absorbing in your study，you can have a plenty of time to devote yourself to review your lessons wholeheartedly. But there may appears a few safety problems as you live outside the school. Anyhow as a student, I prefer living in a dormitory.
