Enough sleep is important to health. The amount of sleep needed depends on the age of the person and the conditions in which sleep takes place. But Lee Gray, PhD of the University of North Carolina, US, has made it his business to examine this overlooked form of public transport. He is known as the “Elevator Guy”.
