It was 7:15 in the morning of February 8, 2007．I was
walking along Park Road towards the east while an
old man came out of the park on the other sides of the
street．Then I saw a yellow car to drive up and make a right
turn into Park Road．The car hit the man while she
was crossing the road．He falls with a cry．The car drove off
at full speed heading west．I noticed driver was a woman
wore a pair of glasses and the plate number was AC864.
Two minutes late, I managed to stop a passing car, took the
old man to the nearest hospital but paid for his treatment.

Dear Brown,
Last summer I take a part-time job in the International Camp for children. I have told one more worker will be needed in this year and I think you are fit for it. How about join us? The camp is at the foot of a small hill closed to a river. It is such beautiful a place! We can hear birds singing happy all around. Everybody sleeps in tents, that is very exciting. We usually work only five hours a day, so we will have plenty of spare time visit the area and have fun. I am sure it will be an unforgettable experience. I will share with you a true story happened a couple of days ago. One of my classmate bought a bag of snacks from a food store. A few roommates were then invited to enjoy snacks. Unluckily, all of them got poisoned and had stomachaches with our faces pale. They are quickly sent to a nearby hospital. Doctors examined them but gave them some medicine. They were out of danger soon before taking the medicine. This accident should make us to realize the seriousness of the food safety problem. I strong suggest that the whole society pays more attention to food safety.

Once, a man got on a bus to New York. Because he did not want to pay, so he hid in the toilet. But a passenger saw her. She tapped the person in front of her on the shoulder and say, “There’s a bum(流浪汉)in toilet. Tell the bus driver.” The message was passing on from person to person. But somewhere along the way, it was changed. The bus driver told that there was a bomb in the toilet. He immediate stopped the bus and telephoned the police. When the police came, they told the passengers to get off the bus or stay far away. Then they closed the highway. As a result, a traffic jam of 15 mile long was soon caused. In the help of a dog, the police searched for two hours. Of course they found no bomb.
