A Man Named Lawrence
This is an act of kindness that happened to me one Sunday morning.
It was at two o’clock in the morning. We just came out of a club and were trying to find our   36 back to our city. Like poorly managed stress, anger that isn’t handled in a healthy way can be not only uncomfortable, but even damaging to one’s health and personal life. Consider the following research on anger:
