Usually, many people find happiness from their work, family and their friends, but many also find happiness from some kinds of material things, or even spiritual(精神的) things.
Being happy is good for your life. You’ll feel healthy both physically and emotionally. It also can increase your self-confidence, and make you enjoy your life better.
