In order to go diving, you need some equipments.
First divers carry their backs a metal bottle, which
is filled of water. There’s enough air in it to
last about 40 minutes. Next, divers carry heavy metal
weights in a belt around its bodies.
With these heavy weights they would float to the
surface. You see, there are a lot of air in their
air bottles, and this will bring them up to the
surface if they didn’t have any more weights.
Mostly divers don’t go very deep.

I went to a group activity, “Sensitivity Sunday”, which was to make us more aware of the problems were faced by disabled people. We were asked to “adopt ﹀disability” for several hours on one Sunday. Some members, as me, chose the wheelchair. Other wore sound-blocking earplugs or blindfolds. Just sitting in the wheelchair is a learning experience. I had never considered before how awkwardly it would be to use one. As soon as I sat down, my weight made the chair begin to roll with its wheels were not locked. Then I wondered how to put my feet. It took me quite a while to get the metal footrest into place. My wheelchair experiment was soon finished. It made a deep expression on me.

Today I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my foot. I was in greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as if nothing has happened until the class was over. Though I had difficulty walk back to my classroom, I still didn’t tell anyone but even refused the offer of help of my classmates. As result, the hurt in my foot become worse. Now I know I was wrong. We can tell others our need for help and accept his help. Some day we can not help others in return. In this way, we can get along to each other happily and peacefully.
