In order to go diving, you need some equipments.
First divers carry their backs a metal bottle, which
is filled of water. There’s enough air in it to
last about 40 minutes. Next, divers carry heavy metal
weights in a belt around its bodies.
With these heavy weights they would float to the
surface. You see, there are a lot of air in their
air bottles, and this will bring them up to the
surface if they didn’t have any more weights.
Mostly divers don’t go very deep.

My dear friends, it is high time that we paid attention to protect our eyes. The most useful method is do eye exercises more often and relax for a while after reading. Watching green trees could also do good to the eyes.

As Christmas is coming, I plan to buy something for my parent. What I want to give back is a VIP card of a health club but neither of them is doing enough exercise. My father works very hardly as a teacher, spending most of his time at school. My mother loves reading and often bury herself in her books. Therefore, all of them should exercise more from now on.
I want to give them this card to express my love and thanks for them. I hope that they will be able to get relaxing in the health club and make more friends here. At the same time, I hope that they can take care their health.

In the summer holiday, we travelled to Qingdao and paid visit to my uncle there. It’s a long and bored journey. But the moment I arrived, I fall in love with the city. It’s such beautiful a city that I can hardly find any word to describe it. The streets are cleaning and the sky is blue. If you walk along the coast, you can feel the wind to blowing on your face. The sea is vast and sometimes you can find a boat or a ship. You may also do some fishing as far as it is permitted. Moreover, I think the driver there drive too fast in the street.
