此行多一个词：把多余的词用斜线（＼）划掉，在该行右边横线上写出该词，并也用斜线划掉。
此行缺一个词：在缺词处加一个漏字符号（∧），在该行右边横线上写出该加的词。

Everybody needs friends in life. But be a friend can sometimes be hard works.
Learning how solve problems in friendship can make you a better friend and a happier
person.An universal problem between friends is that they don’t know why to talk with
each other about difficult things. When they are talking, they often get madly with
each other. What can they do? It took time to learn how to communicate well, and
it is important to understand why a friend gets angry to you when you say something.
If you know which makes your friend angry, and you can try to talk about the
problem in a different way.

Some people regard keeping pets, like dogs, as useless thing. But I hold the opposite view or I have a dog myself. I keep a pet for three reasons. First, pets taught responsibility. After I get a dog, I think it’s my job to feeding him and take him for walks after school. The second reason is that he can makes a good companion for me when everyone else are busy. Now, I seldom drive Dad crazily always asking him to play with me. The third reason why I keep a pet dog is for safe. He can warn my family from danger and keep our house safe. I love my dog very well and I’ll always take good care of him.

There are lots of experience in our life. The most unforgettable one for me is the speech competition holding last year. I’m interested in English. When my English teacher told me that I had chosen to take part in the speech competition, I devoted me to the preparation. I was determined to win the first prize. I was such nervous when I stood on the stage that I forgot everything. Not until I caught a sight of my teacher did I calm down. Finally，I do a good job. When I heard I got the first prize，my heart was filled in joy and tears rolled down. Through this speech competition，I understand that it is confidence which makes people successfully.

Dear George,It’s been a week after we left your family and we are now
back home. Thank you very much for showing them around
your city and providing us for the wonderful meals. After
we said goodbye to you, we went to Washington D.C.,
which we stayed for three days. My brother was so much fond
of the museums there that he begged my parents to staying
another couple of day. However, my father had to return to
work on Monday so we fly back last Saturday afternoon. It
was really a nice experience. If you’d like to make trip to
our city some day, I will be better than happy to be your guide.
